We want you to love your VYRO. If you change your mind, you can cancel your order and return it within 14 days of receiving it, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
How to return
- Email us with your order number and let us know you'd like to return your item.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back in its original condition, with all accessories included.
Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.
Faulty items
Every VYRO Pocket Pro comes with a 2-year warranty. If your camera is faulty, contact us and we'll repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
